Energizing Peach Smoothie

Perfect for breakfast, mid-morning snack, or as a recovery drink after a workout. The naturally sweet  peach flavors really come through in this smoothie.  Enjoy!

  • 2/3 cup frozen peaches, organic if possible
  • 3 ounces peach yogurt, I prefer Icelandic
  • 1/2 banana, ripened
  • 4 ounces water
  • 1 scoop peach naturally sweetened amino powder, optional


  • Mix water and amino powder in a glass and add to the blender. 
  • Add peaches, yogurt, and banana. Blend until completely combined. Enjoy!
