Energizing Peach Smoothie
Perfect for breakfast, mid-morning snack, or as a recovery drink after a workout. The naturally sweet peach flavors really come through in this smoothie. Enjoy!
- 2/3 cup frozen peaches, organic if possible
- 3 ounces peach yogurt, I prefer Icelandic
- 1/2 banana, ripened
- 4 ounces water
- 1 scoop peach naturally sweetened amino powder, optional
Mix water and amino powder in a glass and add to the blender.
Add peaches, yogurt, and banana. Blend until completely combined. Enjoy!
