  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 packet frozen pureed coconut (individually packaged)
  • 1 5 ounce container vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut water


  • Add all ingredients into blender and mix on medium speed until well combined. This is the most simple smoothie recipe I have ever had.
